Warranty:

Babymel products are covered by a one year manufacturer warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Please note that all zippers, seams, handles, and overall workmanship are tested and thoroughly inspected upon arrival at Nesting, before they are placed on the showroom floor and again at the time of purchase or shipment processing.

This warranty from Babymel covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you just change your mind. 

 

Repairs/Replacements:

We will contact you with the outcome of the assessment and if a repair or replacement is issued, the repaired/replaced product will be sent back to the customer. 

Please note that this policy relates to products that are faulty due to a manufacturing issue. We are unable to refund, exchange or repair products that are faulty due to misuse or external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product.
